We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Verification Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• A verification officer is responsible for validating information provided by applicants.
• They handle inbound calls from references, academic institutions, and employers to verify employment applications.
• The role involves ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of information, often within the context of employment, education, etc.

Responsibilities

• The verification officers will be validating information provided by applicants within the context of address, education, and employment within their region.
• He/she will go to the address provided and ask questions to validate the information provided by the applicants
• After a successful verification, an upload of the result will be carried out by the officer immediately, and a location pin must be dropped.
• Above all, the officer will undergo a training on how to use the software, upload data, etc.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Degree in a relevant field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in verification, field investigation, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of the 'Qoreid' verification software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting verification interviews.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region to verify addresses, education, and employment details.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications or software for data entry and uploads
• Ability to drop accurate location pins after each verification.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
